We are using this stand on a tandem recumbent that is used for local riding and lightly-loaded touring. It does a good job of holding the bike up, with either lightly loaded panniers or BOB trailer attached. It has been in use for one year without any problems. I wonder how it is going to work in the long run, since it has plastic legs and I'm applying a lot of weight at times. But it does the job well, so far. (Posted on 1/14/11)

I installed this kickstand on a Giant Sedona ST that I am converting to an ebike and it looks great. The included machine screw and split washer were too big for the Giant Sedona ST, so I installed the kickstand using an M8x1.25 - 25mm machine screw and matching split washer. The mounting is solid and so is the kickstand. I love it. (Posted on 2/3/09)
