My LBS charges $150 for the "real" B67 so I bought this Gyes replica last spring and so far I am very pleased with it.

At the moment, I'm using it on a Giant FCR4 flat bar hybrid but I'll soon transfer it to my Miyata touring bike as soon as I buy a Gyes Flyer replica for the Giant.

The leather on the B67 replica is still pretty stiff but I don't find it uncomfortable. It's at least as comfortable as any of the other saddles I own at present but I'll admit most saddles don't pose comfort problems for me.

If you're used to a gel saddle, you might have a long "break-in" period with this one or any other leather saddle.

The quality of the leather and also the metal parts of this saddle are OK by me so far and I can see myself riding on it for decades, if I'm riding that long! (Posted on 9/28/10)
