Shipping & Delivery
We ship just about anywhere! We're located in San Diego, California, USA. We mostly ship to customers in the US, but we will also ship just about anywhere in the world.

Our Shipping and Delivery policy is simple:
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. If your order is placed by 3:00 California time during a normal postal weekday, it will most likely ship that same day. Otherwise, it ships the very next day. We do not charge extra for shipping and handling - your shipping costs are the same as our shipping costs. We offer a variety of shipping costs in order to give you the best shipping value for your money.
Privacy & Security
This is also very simple: We are a small company interested in selling bikes, bike parts, motorized bikes, electric bikes, and so forth. We have been on the receiving end of some shady privacy practices, and we will not engage in such practices. Here's why we need your address and so on: When you buy from us, we need to be able to ship your stuff to you. And if you wish, we'll occasionally send you emails about our latest products and specials. But we will only do so if you want us to. No question about it - we will not contact you if you tell us not to. Period.
Returns & Replacements
First of all, we want our customers to be happy with whatever purchase you make. So, in order to be as fair as possible, we have the following returns and replacement policy: We will accept returns with refund on all items that are returned in their original, undamaged condition. If you bought the item in error, we will ask that you pay only the return shipping to us. If we grossly misrepresented the item being sold, or we send you the wrong item, we'll pay the return shipping. How does that sound?
Ordering
Ordering should be pretty simple. Just go ahead and add items to your cart, and when you're ready, click on the button to checkout. You DO NOT have to have an account with us, but you may create one if you wish - if you think you'll be back to purchase again, maybe you'd want to create an account to make things faster next time. You will receive email updates about your order throughout the purchase process, and most of the times our orders will ship by the next business day after your order. But if there are any problems you can always email us at sales@crowcycleco.com. We will do whatever it takes to make things right.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
At this time, we accept cash, money order, e-check, credit cards and PayPal. Our payment processing is through PayPal (they accept e-check, credit cards and PayPal transfers). You DO NOT have to have or create an account with PayPal to order from us - of course if you do have an account with PayPal, you can still order from us.

From time to time we may offer special pricing, sales and promotions. We encourage you to check back with us often as we grow and continue to offer the best deals possible.
Viewing Orders
You can view the status of your orders at any time by logging into your account and clicking the "My Account" link. Then select "My Orders". If you see any problems or you have any question, don't hesitate to send us an email at sales@crowcycleco.com.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time by logging into your account and clicking the "My Account" link. Next, select "Address Book" or "Account Information" or other link to change your account settings.
