Very simple: Headset top cap to sit atop your threadless stem and add a bit of style to your bike. Look, everybody else has to plaster their name brand on every square inch of your bike. They don't need to do it to your stem top cap as well, do they? These have absolutely no logo on them, just nice, solid color. I mean, really, does anybody really care WHO made your stem top cap?
